Development Associate

BOYSVILLE, INC has an immediate opening for a Development Associate.  Works with CEO, Board of Directors and community volunteers to develop and manage Major Gift and Annual Gift programs.  Assists with the identification of prospects from donors, present to past.  Develops suitable collateral and other material as necessary, and the publication of newsletters and other communications.  Oversee website and ensure that databases are up to date.  Prepares annual appeal and special appeal letters.

Must have minimum of 5 years working or comparable experience such as a community volunteer.  College degree preferred.  Must possess excellent communication, organization, time management and written skills.  Need to be a good listener and empathetic to others.  Must have initiative and excellent sense of priorities and can handle working on several projects simultaneously.

Starting salary $40K.  Full time position with benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 403(b) with eligibility for employer contribution.

 Residential Care Supervisor:

Primary Responsibilities:  Manage & oversee day to day operations of Residential Direct Care Staff (Houseparents & Reliefs), including staff scheduling.  Facilitate and assist with program and organizational requirements to maintain compliance with relevant standards, regulations and accreditation.
Minimum Requirements:  Must have Bachelor's Degree in related field (Human Services) with at least 5 years relevant experience, of which 2 years must be supervisory.  Must be a Licensed Childcare Administrator (LCA) or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Starting salary $35K to $40K; commensurate with experience and qualifications.  Full time position with benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 403(b) with eligibility for employer contribution.

Case Manager

Full-time position available, salary $30K annually + benefits package.  Provides direct casework services to all assigned children from the ages of infancy to 17.  Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.  LBSW and 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position, preferred.  Must be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Bilingual preferred.          Becoming Foster Parents

Boysville's foster care program was implemented to keep larger sibling groups together. Children from infancy to 17 are placed in our foster care program by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Our Foster Parents go through the state's certification process.  Becoming a foster parent is a serious commitment and is not a simple task but is as rewarding as it is challenging.

Boysville is now accepting applicants living within the Judson ISD for our Community-Based Foster Parent program.  This is a non-employee position but Community Foster Parents will be provided with training and case-mgmt support.  Please contact our Child Placement Coordinator, Beverly Kaupp, bkaupp@boysvilletexas.org  for more information.

Becoming Houseparents (1)
Currently seeking married couple for open Houseparent position.  Boysville employs Houseparents who are married couples working together as a family unit in one cottage and single relief houseparents who work in two cottages on days when the houseparents are not on duty. It's not a simple or undemanding job, but for the right couple, it can be rewarding and satisfying.
