Committment to Excellence
Boysville promotes excellence and continuous improvement through a Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) program. Utilizing performance outcomes, rick assessment and stakeholder involvement, Boysville is able to improve the services provided; the manner in which the services are documented; the environment in which the services are provided; and the results (outcomes) of the services provided.
Each year the Board of Directors along with the Boysville staff develop a four-year strategic Plan. Based on long-term goals, the Board and the staff develop an annual improvement plan. The plan outlines in concrete terms the action that will be taken during the fiscal to move the agency towards its four-year goals. Six mission-focused outcomes are identified and monitored for all the agency programs. Outcomes are measured on a continual basis and reported to the PQI Steering Committee each quarter.
Boysville will remain a model of compassionate, comprehensive efficient delivery of services for children and families.
